Anyone else stuck in Baku waiting for Ferry?

I've been in Baku Azerbaijan trying to get on the ferry for Aktau for 6 days now.

Anyone else going through this same pain?

Why are you having such a delay?

I will be in Baku trying to bet a ferry to Turkmenistan, is there also a delay problem on this sailing?
