Austria - Afrika Eastroute with Bike!
 

Hi @ all,

i go on 07. August from Austria to Cape town, ( BMW R 1200 GS Adventure ) if it`s possible i want to take the Route over Syria, if not i try to Ship the bike to Cyprus and Egypt. Or i go on ferry from Italy to Egypt.. Depens whats going on in Syria til i leave...

Anybody on the way??

If problems continue in Syria,Egypt and Sudan, you can choose the 3 rd option to go to Mid-East Africa which is explored by our British friend Steve Crosswell.
(By ferry from Bandar Abbas to Sharjah,and then to Djibuti)
