Man I stay 2 and 1/2 months in Guatemala and absolutely adored it! Tikal and Sempuc Champey are absolutely out of this world! Tikal is my favorite ruins of all of Central America without a doubt. I stayed a week and a half in Sempuc Champey exploring the caves and rivers [emoji178] It's a beautiful country you have down there!!!

There's a waterfall which feeds hot water over the falls into a cold River and that is truly spectacular! Never seen anything like it before or since!!!

without a doubt the best sunset I have ever seen was south of Antigua above the tree lines watching an active volcano explode every 4 to 7 minutes the entire night [emoji7][emoji7][emoji7]

I live in Honduras and have also lived in Guatemala. You're right, those are some great places. I was in Semuc back in 2006. It was very quiet back then.

My post was offering guidance or help in Honduras because most people skip this country.

Honduras is a fantastic country as well. I spent about a month-and-a-half there on my way south. Love the people!
