I plan a(short) trip of 4 days in October with a 98 XT600e 13>17 october,as a start of other bike travel.
Will be happy enough to meet up with bike traveller on my way if you are in the area.I plan to do other travel later but still have to be organised

Thanks and Sorry for the late reply I was away , yes I will pass by Inverness, I have a XTe 600 from 98.
I rebuilt the engine last year, so it will be a kind of test for the bike and the man...For a bigger trip later.

I have the idea of shipping the bike to Valpareiso some time in the Future, and drive through Peru, Bolivia,Argentina,Chile.
I've done the trip with a 4WD and a guide 2 years ago during a RTW trip and it was just great!

So that's the plan...
