East Africa North to Turkey - late September
 

I've been hanging out in southern africa for the past 3 months. Mid/late September, 2008, I'll be heading up through Mozambique, Malawi, etc, north to Egypt (assuming I can get through Sudan). I plan to get to Turkey around March, 2009.

Anyone doing a similar route, similar time?

Oh, and doing it on a bike?

No one?
 

So I guess no one is going up through east Africa - south to north? on 2 wheels.

Any 4-wheel overlanders?

Well, at least those of you heading south - wave when you go by.

I should be in Mozambique early next week.

Hi There, please let me know or keep me posted on how your trip goes, as I am looking at doing this same trip with my son in a year or two's time, and any feedback I would greatly appreciate.
