Thanks for the advice Big Yellow Tractor. I think I will do as you suggest, rather than having 'checkpoints' I will make note of the places I want to see and adventure with no timetable. Only thing I need to be in time for is the Stella. Great photos, seeing the DRZ and the XR like that loaded up makes me want to get going :thumbup1:

Indu... wow. The scenery looks amazing. Not sure if I can make Norway on this trip. If it wasn't for the Stella I would like to go North. I had no idea Norway was that stunning. Just the reason why I want to explore these places, and on my bike.

Hi Micheal. Yeah, going on what people have said and a bit more planning, I realise I was being a bit over ambitious.
I understand what you mean about seasonality. I really want to do the Stella rally and because of that I think I will stick to that general area on this trip unless I come up with a completely different plan. I really want to go North now with what you said and Indu's photos. Hmmm, not sure now.
PS. yes I am quite young, probably why I was over ambitious initially and wanted to go everywhere at once :lol2:
