London to Romania in July
 

Hi all.
I am collecting my bike in London (shipped over from Australia) and riding to Brasov in Romania. I expect to leave London about July 17 or so. Easy pace and no hurry. I've toured a lot, usually alone, but would love some company as I cross Europe :)

I guess you're well into our over your trip by now.
I'd be interested in your experiences and Itinerary as my wife and I ship our bike from Melbourne to Barcelona next year (see attached pdf) for a 1st April pickup with immediate ferry to Rome then southern Italy, Sicily, Albania, Greece, Turkey west coast to Gallipoli then Plovdiv in Bulgaria, anticlockwise through Romania to the Adriatic coast then across to do north west Italy then across France to drop the bike in the UK for a return to Australia on July 9.
Like I said I'm interested in your experience from your trip.

I will be driving from the UK to Istanbul in late April, taking several weeks to take in interesting destinations. Maybe we could meet up ...

If we stick to our plan in late April we'll be in SE Italy & crossing over to Western Greece .
