Oman to Tanzania for starters!
 

Am beginning to plan a trip from Muscat to Dar leavng the last part of August '07. Is there anybody on their way down from Europe or local who may want to join me for the ride? Will work on the Tanzania to SA route at a later date as I will be working in Tanzania for some time and would like to explore and apprieciate what it has to offer.

Thanks very much for the offer, I may need somewhere to leave my bike there once I arrive? I will be working in the Nth East of the country between Lake Vic and the Seringeti so am looking forward to this. Not as much as the ride tho.

Most people I am finding go down through Egypt, Sudan etc,
