on route to mongolia sept 2014
 

So I'm currently in almaty

Il be heading up towards the Altai in Russia and to barnual for tires

After that I'm planning on going to Mongolia and across the north/central route

I'm on a transalp!

Anyone else around the region going that way?

I've been in Mongolia at this time of year. I hope you are prepared for snow, because it can happen at any time in Sept or Oct. And it is bloody cold as it is right below Siberia. Great country, great people, have a good trip.
