I hope you're aware of the current closure of the PAH from Popayán to Pasto? The highway is closed, there are three alternatives, the principal deviation takes 48 hours to cover what is normally a 1 hour ride. The other two are a lot further.

Also, I assume you're aware of the road blocks and demonstrations in Perú, which are impeding travel massively.
