UK to Cape town 2019 by motorcycle
 

Hi,
I am in the early stages of planing a overland trip to Cape town leaving from the uk next year. I am 24 and ride an old suzuki drz400 and the plan is to ride down the western side of Africa, I have done a few off-road trips in Europe but nothing as crazy as africa. So i am looking for people to join me either for the whole trip of for parts of it as i travel south, nothing is set in stone and i am all for suggestions and advice especially as for the best route to take.

How did you get a long. My friend and I are planning the same trip next summer and I was wondering if you had any tips for us :)

thanks for the interest in the trip, long story short, no I haven't started the trip yet. i had some stuff happen last year which put the trip on hold for a while. but now I am back on it planning to leave next year once i have saved enough cash. hit me up if anyone is interested to linking up/joining the trip.
