UK to Cape Town - bike currently in Ghana
 

Hi everyone,

In Jan '17 I set off to South Africa. Turns out Africa is great fun and it took me 5 months to get to Ghana, via the scenic coastal route. Unfortunately that meant I ran into rainy season so decided to take a break back in the UK. I plan to return around the end of Sept to continue my journey to cape town.

I have had good luck meeting people on the road and via HU. Hopefully there will be some people on a similar route around the same time to team up with, especially for Nigeria and a few other regions.

I am 26 on a Honda transalp. bike is at a old friends house down in Ghana - I hope.
