Is anyone riding to Alaska from Washington? I'm considering shipping the bike if I won't find anyone.

Why not take the marine highway ferry? Would probably be a better experience than shipping and a flight.

Maybe I look in the wrong places but ferry is super expensive and there is no direct connection to Whittier. Halfway to Haines is 1600
