3rd party insurance: Ecuador, Peru, Bolivia, Chile

Hello all, I read some posts but I can't find my answer...
Next august I'll be to Ecuador, Peru, Bolivia and Chile.
As far as I know I'll need a 3rd party insurance: can you give me some good address? Online or at the borders (from Guayaquil to Peru, from lake Titicaca to Bolivia, I still don't know to Chile).
I'm from Italy.

Thank you all in advance.

Mirco

Hello, here what I found until now referring to foreigners riders.

Ecuador: it's possible to buy SOAT at any office of "Automovil Club del Ecuador" (source: Departamento de Seguros of Automovil Club del Ecuador, who replied to my mail). But someone told me to have recently experienced the opposite (I don't know if he contacted Automovil Club).

Peru: SOAT can be bought at a MAPFRE office (MAPFRE PERU) Source: their reply to my mail

Bolivia: the only insurance company allowed to sell SOAT in 2009 is Credinform (www.credinformsa.com). I wrote them yesterday, I'm still waiting an answer. But if they are the only sellers, and an insurance is mandatory also for foreigners, I assume they must sell it also to them. Exemption: SOAT is not mandatory for foreigners vehicles who circulate in Bolivia until 30 days.

Chile: there are no insurance company who sells SOAT to foreigner vehicles (source: Departamento Juridico Automovil Club de Chile, reply to my mail)

Some good resources:
Bolivian SOAT law: SOAT Seguro Obligatorio de Accidentes de TrĂ¡nsito
Bolivia: http://automovilesbolivia.blogspot.c...gocio-del.html
Peru: .:: S O A T ::.

Welcome to anybody who know something more!

Is this still the case that foreign vehicle which stays less than 30 days in Bolivia does not need insurance there?
