AA UK and CDP

I have eared that AA does not issue carnets anymore. Can anyone confirm that?

Hi

The AA were still issuing carnets earlier this year, but would not necessarily offer cover for all countries. You would need to check with them to find out which countries are/are not currently on the list.

I went to the RAC for my carnet as the AA would not cover Iran at the time that I enquired.

You're information is correct I'm afraid. We've just returned our carnets to the AA (issued last year) and they have told us that they no longer issue or renew carnets - they suggested the RAC instead.
