Hi ,
has anybody used sunrise direct recently?
they are advertised on the site,but the e-mail address does not work.
any other recommendations?

Thanks for advising the problem with Sunrise e-mail address. I notice there is also an Application Request Form available from the site. It is possible that they have deleted that e-mail address due to high levels of spam, which tends to result when you have a visible (to spambots) e-mail address on a web page. But if this were the case, they should have deleted the address from the page completely.

I have called their 1-800 number tonight and left a message indicating that their e-mail address listed isn't working, so hopefully will hear back tomorrow with a correct address. In the meantime, the 1-800-478-7648 number is working (albeit it was their after hours message I received), so have you tried that number?

BTW, Sunrise is not an advertiser. There are a few advertisers on the Links page, and they will be obvious because they have banner listings, not just text listings. Sunrise was used by Andy Miller this past summer and he was happy with their service, so that's why they have a listing at all. We'd appreciate your letting us know if you are unable to contact them or have any problems with their service, so we can update or delete the listing as needed.

Okay, I have new contact information for Sunrise Worldwide. Their new website is being updated, but their 1-800-478-7648 number is operational, and although any of the staff can assist with motorcycle insurance for non-US or Canadian residents, if you ask for Alex Vargas, I'm told he speaks passable German, Spanish and can struggle with Dutch.
