I am in Hong Kong on a student visa and will be here for another ~3 weeks. Is there a good trustworthy agency that can get me a visa for Angola before I leave?

Unlike Pakistan, I really would like to visit Angola.

I was referring to independent travel agencies that process the visa for me. Contact the consulate has nothing to do with this because afaik they are not affliated with any travel agencies. Also, Angola seriously discourages tourism from what I have read so finding a reputable and very trustworthy agency is of the utmost importance.
