Anyone sold a foreign plated moto in the free trade zone of Ciudad Del Este Paraguay?
 

Hey, wondering if anyone has sold a foreign plated moto in Ciudad Del Este in Paraguay?

I know the city is one giant free trade zone where the rules are extremely lax when it comes to many forms of commerce, so wondering if you can legally sell a foreign plated moto there.

I know the price I'll get will be nowhere near the true value of the bike in its home country, but I don't care about that, I'm just looking at a way to quickly and legally dispose of the bike.
