Australian Visa
 

I will be OZ next year and intend to stay for between 6 months and a year.I appear to have a couple of problems:-

1. The short term visa only last 3 months, the longer term visa is for stays of "generally" no longer than 6 months.
2. The guides state that you can have a 12 month visa if you are aged under 30, I am 31.

Can anyone suggest what I should do.

I was just about to post an identical question. I am also 31 and would like to stay in Oz next year for approx. 1 year. I will need to work in that time. So any advice how this can be done is welcome!
