Bike Insurance for Canadians travelling to South America
 
Am about to insure my bike for the summer and we are planning on leaving Sept 1 pointed south for a year trip. Do I need to maintain my BC insurance all the way or hope/presumably only till we get out of USA?

Do we have to get insurance in every country we travel through or is it one of those dice roll things?
