We payed 78.000 pesos (about 30 dollars) for 3 months. That is the cheapest we could find.
If you stay at Casa Mara ( Hostal CasaMara Cartagena de Indias D.T. y C - Colombia ) it's only a 15 min.walk to this office. Or take a taxi.
