Buying and Registering a bike in Iran

I messaged Hossein. I was thinking to buy a 200cc DR200 copy, which are for sale for about $1700 in Iran, as far as I can tell. Traffic can move quite fast on the major roads, so perhaps a driving a 125 wouldn't be that relaxed. A CG125 copy costs about $5-600 USD in any town, last time I was there. I don't know about registration though.
