Carnet for Egypt?
 

Was reading the info on the carnets in the forum and just noticed it said as of 2006 you can get a carnet for Egypt at the border. Does this still hold true today. If so this would make a huge difference for me as it is a 800% country and jacks my Carnet way up. I am planning on using the irrevocable letter of credit so this would bring my cash guarantee way down and tie up less money.
