Carnet in India, for a foreigner with an enfield
hello,
any Americans ever buy a bike in india and traveled to europe from india? If you're American can you purchase a carnet de passage from the Netherlands like the author of "Buying an Enfield and Driving it Home" wrote? thank you! [This message has been edited by kipper (edited 20 June 2001).] |

Update:
The AA in UK will issue a carnet for non-UK residents and non-UK vehicles, which is probably the most 'casual' of the auto associations that we're aware of! You can reach them at +44-1256-493753 or by e-mail: internas@theaa.com.
