Central Asian visas on the road, UK passport, my experience
I have just finished getting my visas for the Central Asian countries I hope to visit and thought I would share the costs and time taken compared to getting them in London using a reputable visa agency.
They go as follows 30 day Kazakhstan single entry in Istanbul, 1 week to process $30 30 day Tajikistan double entry including GBAO permit in Istanbul, 30 minutes to process $50 30 day Uzbekistan single entry applied in Istanbul collected in Ankara, 1 week to process $80 30 day Azerbaijan single entry in Batumi, 2 hours to process, no LOI $135 The cost of getting these in London using an agency would have been £470 or $740, it obviously depends on your time and route which is better for you but I hope this helps if you are thinking about making this trip. |
Mark its wesley on the DRZ from Batumi hope your ride to mistra was good:thumbup1:
