Cheapest costs for a Carnet de Passage in Europe?

Hi,
is there somebody from Europe, that has applied for a Carnet de Passage in any cheaper country than Czech Republic? I read that Slovakia and Serbia should be cheaper, but couldn't find anybody that has already used/gotten a CDP from these countries. We would need CDPs for two motorcyles soon.
Thanks

Please also check the residence requirements of the person taking out the CdP and where the vehicle is registered.

Bulgaria has very fair pricing for Carnet issuance, but the vehicle must be on Bulgarian papers and you need to be a Bulgarian resident/ citizen.

Haven't bothered researching other countries because it's of no relevance, but if I did, I'd search using a well known application based in Mountainview, California

Thanks for the information. Czech Republic at least is possible with a foreign European citizenship.
But I'm sure there should be other cheaper posibilities, too.

From a FB group just now, a question and answers vaguely relevant to your question:

Also many more eyeballs able to contribute. The quality of answers there and here likely to be similar. There you'll actually get answers you can possibly work with!

Thanks, I'll check that FB post.
