half a year ago we managed to get 1 month for 15 USD. (at the same company, office in Cartagena)
(30000 pesos if I remember correctly)

Was a bit of a hassle, but it is possible!
Later that day they didn't want to sel 1 month to other travellers, only 3 months. But after insisting, 1 month was accepted.
