Egpyt visa needed to obtain transit visa for Libya
 

Hi,

I'm chasing one of those prized transit visa's for Libya. Does anyone know if I need the Egypt Visa prior to arrival in order to obtain Libyan transit visa? Otherwise was planning on just getting visa for Egypt when I get there.
