ICMV for Canadians
 

Hi guys,
I am Canadian, and am trying to get an 'International Certificate for Motor Vehicles' with no luck from either BCAA (CAA) or ICBC. The most likely document I have been able to obtain is a 'Confirmation of Ownership Letter', which I will have to get translated into Russian etc if it is to be of use.

Have any Canadians managed to obtain an ICMV?

I was recently in Russia. Vehicle registration and title documents worked fine.
