Insurance for trip...?
Hi - Am planning to drive across Oz, ship Landy to Cape Town and drive back to London over a year.
Does anyone know of an insurance company that will sell me medical/personal insurance for such a trip? Thanks. |

Hi, Not sure how old you are so do not take offence! but because we were over forty when we started our trip we found it hard to find someone who would insure us. Eventually we found Worldwide Travel Insurance, they told us that they would insure us for 12 months and then renew it for another year making a maximum of two years insurance, even though our trip was for three years. Most companies only want to insure you for a maximum of a year, and then return to your country of origin to renew it.
Worlwide Travel Insurance 01372 738103 is the number of the claims department (sorry the other numbers are somewhere in our paperwork, not to hand at the moment) Good luck Annette |
