Hi Can you help i'm looking for Insurance for my DR650, its here in the UK but has an Australian plate, i plan to leave soon heading to Russia, i wanted to get Insurance for the UK and Europe but have had no luck, any idears please. Skip

Hi David thanks for the info on e.bike, i found that Bennets would give me insurance on my frame number, that will get me out of the country, but i will try e.bike to see what they mite be able to do for the future. Thanks again Skip

If you get insurance in UK (on a frame number) that will give you minimum legally required level of insurance throughout the EU including Switzerland, Norway.

I don't know about other non EU countries but for Russia the legal minimum insurance is available at borders. For a bike (on a registration number backed up by the Registration document - from any country) the cost is about £15 per month.
