iran visa from turkey
 

we are british passport holders not in ukat moment.

where is the best place to obtain the Iranian visa in Tukey ?

Has anybody with a briish passport suceeded to get the iran visa in turkey recently ?

when we tried few years back the consulate kept stone walling us.

any current info appreciated.

have read through 'downhill from here' and certainly looks encouraging.

however, almost a 100 euro price difference between Trabzon and Ankara does make me think Ankara would be first choice.

Anybody any current info for the Ankara consulate ?

As we dont need visa for Iran, I havent been there personally..Thats why no nice address description like Tim has done..

An Iranian consulate is also available in Erzurum on the way to Iran gate (dogubeyazıt) besides İstanbul,Ankara,Trabzon ones..I guess better contact them for new paperwork situation for UK. Canada and USA. passport holders before you get there.
