Leaving the bike behind in Canada

My motorcycle is quite old (Yamaha XTZ '89) and worth close to nothing.
After the trip, flying or shipping the bike out to Europe will exceed the value of the vehicle by far.

Would I expect any trouble when entering Canada with the motorcycle (Air Canada Cargo) and leaving without it? I could think of simply selling it to a scrap yard after I'm done.

Cheers,
Wauschi

Canada does not record the bike in any way, so just sell it to a wrecker and you should have no problem. DO keep a receipt just in case!

Do you need a carnet for EU registered motorcycle if you intend to ride in USA/Canada?
