Leaving the bike in Australia
 

Hi all ;)

We're having a blast in Australia and our bikes are here on a Carnet :)

We want to pop back to Europe gorge a couple of weeks, then come back and continue our Australian adventure. All before the Carnet expires of course.

Can we just do that? Leave without the bike, then come back for it?

Can't see why not....I would not mention it and just do it. Our bikes have been overseas for 5 years on Carnets & we come & go where ever they are with no problems.

Take warm clothing :freezing:, Xmass presies and Vegemite. Oh and take say 10degrees C with you.
