Mexico TVIP question
 

Can someone else other than me ( a shipper) check my bike out of mexico and back to the states?

Interesting question.
I suppose anybody could check it out of the country as long as that person had the originals of the TVIP document and the sticker to hand in when the TVIP is cancelled. They really do not care who takes it out ,just as long as it gets removed from the country. They do not correlate the TVIP signer's name to the passport or drivers license when you check the bike out and get the TVIP cancelled. They are ONLY interested that the bike gets taken out of Mexico.
Now if you had put down a cash deposit to get into Mexico it migh be a different story
