mongolian visa?

Is it the case that as a British citizen I can only apply for a Mongolian visa in my country of origin. It says this on their website but i thought I would check anyway. cheers:thumbup1:

Not true...you can pick one up en route...BUT their consulates/embassies are few.
Kazakhstan is a good option...but good luck finding the Almaty consulate...if you do happen to find it, bring a bottle of champagne!!!
