How would you feel if there were non-nationals driving or riding around your neck of the woods without a licence.....
Theres probably a shed load.

I know SE Asia is pretty loose, and Morocco can be done on a 125 without permit. Have a go Adam, see how far you can get. :thumbup1:

I can suggest two option to you if you are heading to Thailand:

1] Get a Thai motorbike license, it might be better than none, it is very easy to acquire in any town in Thailand.

2] Go to Khao San Road in Bangkok and buy a UK bike license from a market stand. [Obviously I must say that I do not recommend this option as it is illegal]

How far either will get you in Europe is debatable but may be better than not having any bike license .

Most cops will not know and even more not care. Hit someone and people that do know and do care will start asking. Even in the USA with the anal retentive cops we have are known to over look if your license is right or not. Get a legal one if you can if not get one that looks good.

Still I do not think I like the Idea of people riding around on bikes, in cars or plains that are not legal to do so. It looks to me as more and more people do it. Oh and any insurance you have may not be good if your license is not good.
