oz/nz-no carnets for older bikes?
 

Hi,
i'm "advised" that you can take your bike to oz without a carnet if the bike is 15+years old......no resale value.
can anyone confirm this?
where do you get the appropiate documentation for customs ?
does nz have a similar deal ?
