Has anyone recently gotten a Pakistan tourist/transit visa? If so, is the visa available at the border with India, or did you have to arrange it ahead of time.

Does Pakistan maintain an embassy in Delhi that will issue visas to Americans? How long is their turn around time for issuing visas?
