Paperwork and green slip thing for non-eu bike
 

Hi All,

I'm currently in the middle east and hope to be in Europe in about a month - landing in Athens.

I was wondering if I need any specific paperwork for a non-euro bike (Oz registration) - beyond the green (card/slip/whatever its called).

Also - where is the best place to get a green card/slip/thingo?

Greek (any EU) Customs may have import forms to fill out, but you
should not need documentation other than passport, registration, and
"Green Card" . Green Card is the document that shows you have
personal liability insurance for your vehicle, required to legally operate vehicle:

and
you'll want to have the document in hand from any of these brokers BEFORE
you land in Athens/ clear the bike at Greek Customs. Even if Customs might allow you to clear the bike w/o Green Card, you don't want to ride without
the minimum insurance.
