paperwork when selling a bike to other traveler
 

hi,
i currently in Argentina, rode down from the U.S.

was searching the forums and didn't find information of how do i sell bike that is registered in the U.S to other traveler from the U.S, Canada, or other countries.

in case i sell it to U.S citizen i guess we need to find a way to issue a new title with name of the buyer? how do we do that? is it possible overseas? is it necesary?

what do i do in case of traveler outside the U.S? can we issue a title with his name on it if he is not a U.S citizen? canadian for example. is there any other way to sell it?

any news about selling the bike in the local market? is it possible?
