Passenger need driver license for CA/SA?

We are US citizens in Mexico traveling South 2-up via motorcycle. I realize that I left my girlfriend's driver's license back in the US. I do have my driver's license. Are there any countries in mainland C. Amer or S. Amer that require passengers to also have a motor vehicle license?

There are many weird bureaucratic requirements 'round the world, but I've never heard of any country requiring that motorcycle pillion passengers carry a driver's license--unless of course the passenger swaps/ becomes the driver for whatever reason. Unless you expect your girlfriend/ passenger to pilot the bike, don't worry 'bout it.
If your passenger wants to pilot the bike once in a while--then you're both "at risk"--in the unlikely event you're in an accident or stopped for traffic check when she's the pilot.
I'm assuming your passenger has other "legal" required identifying documents, i.e., passport.
Are we missing something here?
Have a great ride!

Yea, we both have passports. I was just making sure we don't need 2 forms of ID for any borders.

Thanks. I'll start a trip journal once I have time.
