Passport photos for visas
 

Do the passport sized photos that you carry ready for applying for visas need to be the SAME photo as in your passport (and yes it will be the same person!)

I have a passport but will need to get photos taken ready for applying for visas.

No as long as they are obviously you and comply to the specification required by the country you are applying to for a visa they don't need to be the same.
