hi does anyone know of any alternative to La positiva for bike insurance in peru ? i have just been to there office and they have just stoped selling shorter policyes . they are only selling 12 months at 420 soles now. thats a bit to much for me. does anyone have any cheeper sugestions please ?

did you go to a La Positiva agency in a smaller town? The ones in smaller towns never did sell to foreigners or only for a 12 month period. You have to try in a bigger place. Although things can have changed since we were there the last time (april 2014)
