port of entry visa India entering from Burma applying in BKK
 

I need some help applying for a visa.

Currently I'm in Bangkok, as a Dutch citizen. I drove up here and off course need to go back again..

Trying to apply for an Indian visa thru internet they need a port of entry, but all ports are airports, there is no border-crossing ability in the digital form.
I want to cross at the Kalay Tamu boarder, and then exiting at the Paki boarder agian in about 40 day's.

I went to the Indian embassy in BKK and they told me to apply in Holland, because they need an Iris-scan and fingerprints. If I would like to apply from here, there would be no possibility to drive into India myself.... Going back home by plain would be the last thing I would want to do!

Anybody got any experience ore sound advice??
