Price of VISA to visit Turkey
 

I read today in the new Trailblazer book "Mediterranean Handbook" that the price of a VISA for Americans to visit Turkey has recently dropped from $100 to $20. Can anyone confirm that? I have looked at the information available at

But there is no price listed.
Any links to the forms that may be needed for pre-arranging via post?
