RoRo shipping U.K. To Namibia on a TIP only ?
 

I have been told that it is possible to enter Namibia (Wavis Bay) by sea , RORO ferry from U.K. Without a carnet and that a TIP can be obtained . This would save me a good deal in terms of budget I think and I could later enter SA also on a TIP which I could not do if I ship direct to SA . Anyone have experience or could confirm this ? Thanks
