Is it the same ATA carnet than Carnet du passage de Duanes?
Hi every body.
I´m a little confused. As normally every body talks about the Carnet du passage de Duanes, other people is talking about the ATA carnet. Is it the same? Thanks wal |
I thought it is the same.
But there seem to be a carnet for goods (ATA) and a carnet for vehicle (carnet de passages). If you can use the ATA too for travelling vehicles like bikes or cars, you have to query. I try to collect helpful informations about the carnet here: 4x4tripping: Das Carnet de Passages en Douane (CPD) Surfy |

No. You can't use an ATA Carnet for a vehicle with a numberplate/ used on a road. Pop "ATA" into the search box (top right): There's lots written on this topic already. (I've also moved this thread to the correct forum.) |
