Hi guys, am travelling up the east coast of Africa without a carnet so Egypt is a no no.....unless you know any different

Whats the chance of getting a saudi transit visa and where should i get it?

None, sorry. But some people reportedly got into Egypt without a carnet. I think that is more likely than getting any kind of Saudi visa.
