Southern Sahara & Mauritania Paper for bikers??

Hi there!
I am looking at crossing the Southern Sahara & Mauritanian borders by bikes, coming from Morocco. We are two French guys with one Africa Twin & Super Ténéré. Do you know if there are any trouble getting papers to cross these borders ? What kind of papers do we need?
